Meeting the demand and future demand for seafood while growing the production portfolio of agricultural producers in Iowa and the Midwest are among their goals. They are working with other fish farmers in our state and future fish farmers to establish an industry here in Iowa where we can cooperate to help renew rural Iowa. They raise their fish in a system called “Opposing Flows Technology”.
Iowa’s First - They are proud to be one of Iowa’s aquacultural leaders providing farm to table seafood in America’s Heartland. Their fish are grown in an environmentally friendly and sustainable setting which allows them to consistently produce a high-quality, “green” and fresh product year-round.
